What innovations has Veira Group introduced in the Smart TV segment?

At Veira Group, we have introduced several cutting-edge innovations in the Smart TV segment. Our high-end TVs, particularly in the 75-inch and above category, feature Nano-cell technology, delivering superior display quality and enhanced sound for a truly immersive viewing experience. We are also proud to be the first Indian contract manufacturer to integrate Tizen, Samsung’s proprietary operating system, into our Smart TVs, providing users with a seamless and intuitive interface. With a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and advanced QA/QC lines, Veira ensures stringent quality control, elevating manufacturing excellence and consistently delivering premium products to the market.

How does the focus on design and R&D differentiate it from other LED TV manufacturers who rely on assembly and screw technology?

At Veira Group, we place a strong emphasis on the core aspects of television manufacturing in India, particularly within the ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) space. Our involvement goes beyond assembly – we are deeply engaged in the intricate design and development process, customising every component (except semiconductors and displays) with a focus on optimising performance, aesthetics, and user experience. Through cutting-edge manufacturing technology, we ensure precision and innovation in every step, from hardware configuration to software integration. This approach enables Veira to create televisions that are thoughtfully designed to meet the highest market standards.

How automated are the company’s operations and in general, the Industry 4.0 compliance?

We have fully embraced automation and Industry 4.0 principles to elevate efficiency, precision, and scalability across our operations. By integrating advanced robotics, automated assembly lines, and smart manufacturing technologies, we've streamlined production processes while minimising human error. Additionally, Veira’s adherence to Industry 4.0 standards, combined with traditional manufacturing techniques, ensures faster production cycles, consistent product quality, and operational excellence. This approach sets a benchmark for modern, tech-driven manufacturing in the television industry.

What is the company’s supply chain strategy?

Our supply chain strategy is founded on strong, long-term relationships with trusted suppliers, ensuring a consistent and reliable flow of components and raw materials. These partnerships enable us to maintain optimal inventory levels and proactively manage potential disruptions. By staying informed about upcoming shortages or changes in supply, we can plan ahead and mitigate risks effectively. This collaborative approach ensures smooth operations, timely production, and the ability to meet market demand efficiently.

What are Veira Group's plans for expanding its market presence both domestically and internationally?

We plan to significantly expand our market presence both domestically and internationally through several strategic initiatives. In addition to our core TV offerings, we are diversifying our product line to include washing machines and air coolers. We are also focusing on producing larger screens, including 75-inch and above models, while developing premium, high-end televisions. To enhance our market reach, we are forging partnerships with both international and domestic brands. Furthermore, we actively seek government support to explore export opportunities in the television market, positioning ourselves for growth in global markets.

Can you discuss your recent achievements and milestones?

We have recently achieved several significant milestones. Notably, we successfully manufactured a range of TVs powered by Tizen, Samsung’s advanced operating system, and initiated production for Croma, a valued partner with whom we share a strong relationship. We’ve also expanded our capacity to produce large-screen TVs, including models up to 75 inches and beyond while maintaining consistent quality. Additionally, our collaborations now extend to over 20 prominent international and Indian brands, reinforcing our strong market presence and reputation.
