  • Seamless indoor & outdoor capability: Virya AMRs excel in both indoor and outdoor environments, ensuring uninterrupted productivity by eliminating the need for multiple transhipments significantly increasing the RoI.
  • Towing capacity: Virya AMRs have towing capacity products from 0.5 tonne up to eight tonnes.
  • Customised batteries: The customisable battery configurations helps to decide on the battery capacity as per operational requirements.
  • Powerful drivetrain: This feature enables agile performance on gradients, facilitating deployment in existing infrastructure with minimal changes.
  • Autonomous hitching and unhitching of trolleys helps in eliminating human intervention and hence better RoI.
  • Hybrid operation: This is a unique industry first feature. The hybrid version helps change over from autonomous to manual to help continued operations when requirement arises.
  • Safety: Advanced perception and obstacle avoidance features ensure safe navigation, reducing the risk of accidents and enhancing reliability. 
  • Integration with the factory ecosystem – Every industry is unique in its operations, workflows, and infrastructure. Virya AMRs have the capability to integrate with the factory's MES, elevators, shutters, and more. For outdoor applications, Virya offers traffic management solutions, including integration with traffic signals, stop-and-go systems, and more. A central control room, equipped with operational and management dashboards along with fault and maintenance alerts supporting remote monitoring.
  • Maintenance: Our products come with advanced diagnostics and maintenance alerts, helping identify potential issues preventing major breakdowns.

Virya Autonomous People Mobility is the first in India and is deployed in large business parks and universities.

Virya also supports universities in creating labs with Drive by Wire enabled skateboards, sensors, devkit, etc. Virya supports faculty training on the autonomous stack and provides real world industry problems to students to solve as a part of their academia.

Wg Cdr R Prahalad (Retd) is the Chief Business Officer at Virya Autonomous Technologies, a Maini Group company. He is currently focussing on autonomous material mobility solutions to industries, ensuring seamless integration with factory ecosystems apart from in-campus people mobility and learning and development through Industry-Academia partnerships. During his decade-long tenure with the Maini Group, he has developed several smart and connected electrically operated Ground Support Equipment for military and civil aviation applications. In his previous role with the Indian Air Force, spanning over two decades, he has held key positions as Chief Engineering Officer and Commanding Officer of operational units.
