How Pizzato’s P-KUBE Lite safety handles combined withFY series safety switches are the perfect combination for a complete safety system.

P-KUBE Lite, the latest member of the Pizzato range of safety handles, distinguishes itself for the sliding opening, which enables smooth and immediate use and provides operators with a comfortable and secure grip.

Made of technopolymer, it guarantees excellent resistance to impacts, wear and weathering, for maximum durability even in harsh environments.

Its symmetrical design is unique in its segment and makes it compatible with right-hand or left-hand doors, hinged or sliding.

Equipped with a key lock, the handle allows installation of a lock-out device to reduce the risk of accidents or damage due to unauthorised access or accidental activation of the machine.

The handle features a strong centring pin at the front, which ensures the correct alignment of actuator and switch, thus avoiding any risk of collision between the two parts. The actuator is fixed immovably to the handle body, for a greater level of safety.

P-KUBE Lite safety handle is compatible with FY series safety switches with separate actuator and lock, which allow to reach the maximum safety levels PL e, SIL 3.

This range of devices feature a technopolymer body, which makes them suitable for all applications that do not require the mechanical strength of metal housings. The body offersthe option of installing up to two control devices and the respective contact blocks.

The head and the release device are made of metal; they can be rotated, thus obtaining many different configurations with the same device, but cannot be detached from each other.

FY series features a strong interlocking system, which guarantees a maximum actuator holding force of 2800 N.
