National, February 18, 2025 – Runaya, a pioneer and leader in sustainable manufacturing, has released its Sustainability Report 2024, highlighting key achievements in emission reduction, industrial waste recycling, and renewable energy adoption. The company has reinforced its commitment to responsible manufacturing with a 62% reduction in emission intensity at its Telecom Grade FRP & ARP Rods Business and an 18% decrease at Green Aluminium Recovery Business. Runaya processed 14,321 metric tonnes of aluminium, under its Green Aluminium Recovery vertical, thereby significantly reducing landfill dependency and driving circular economy innovation.

Key sustainability achievements in FY 2023-24:

·62% reduction in emission intensity at Telecom Grade FRP & ARP Rods Business and 18% at Green Aluminium Recovery Business- achieved through energy efficiency measures and process optimisation.

·14,321 MT of Green Aluminium recovered, cutting down industrial waste and promoting circularity.

·Zero liquid discharge across all facilities, ensuring responsible water usage and conservation.

·365 kW of solar power installed, with an additional 285 kW in progress, accelerating the shift to renewable energy.

·Over 20,000 MT of industrial waste recycled, minimising landfill impact.

·54.6% gender diversity in the permanent workforce, making Runaya one of the most inclusive employers in the manufacturing sector.

·Rs 1.17 crore cost savings from packaging material reuse, reinforcing sustainability-led business efficiency.

·Runaya Reach, the CSR wing, impacted over 6,000 lives, advancing education and skill-building for adolescent girls in rural communities.
